THE HOLOGRAPHIC HOME is a healing practice where we collaborate with a place for healing. We work with attention and intention and apply them through the arts of Feng Shui, energetic medicine and sacred space design.

The practice is built on the understanding that we live in a holographic reality and therefore, there is a holographic relationship between ourselves and the places we our make lives.

Feng Shui translates to “Wind and Water” and is the Chinese art of placement. Its goal is balancing, supporting and enhancing life through one’s environment.

One way that I like to think about this practice is through the understanding that there is great power in energetic metaphor. We can consider our homes, including all they hold, a metaphor for our lives. Our space is always mirroring our experience, and each energy it holds is part of the big prayer we’re praying or the affirmation we’re speaking into being. This is the holographic connection between ourselves and the places we live.

This connection can be illuminated through the technology of the Bagua—a map that reveals patterns of energy as they exist in space. As I have deepened my relationship with this medicine, I’ve come to understand that the Bagua is so much more than a tool for mapping qi flow. It is a living consciousness—a teacher, an oracle, a guide. If we choose to be in relationship with it, we can gather so much understanding about where we are on our path and we can be in conscious collaboration and creation of what happens next.

It is also important to understand that whatever energy we choose to cultivate in our spaces holds power, not only in our lives, but in the greater world. What happens in our most intimate environments radiates out into our community and beyond—I believe all the way to the edges of the universe.

In 2020 I began studying and working with a beautiful lineage of Stone Medicine which has become an integral part of the practice. Stones and crystals are deep medicine—their origin is often deep within the Earth and they work with the deepest parts of us—the old, the ancestral, the soul. I believe this makes them a perfect medicine for these times. They have brought great depth, richness and beauty to the way I carry and share Feng Shui. They are exquisite instruments of transformation and a potent way to weave prayers into your life.
